Продажа контрафактных сигарет в Екатеринбурге — Сюжет «Народного КОНТРОЛЯ»

Представители МОО «Народный Контроль» продолжает активно осуществлять мониторинг предпринимательской деятельности с целью соблюдения прав граждан и юридических лиц. В ходе своей работы общественники зафиксировали факт незаконного ведения бизнеса. По улице Патриса Лумумбы, 65 в Екатеринбурге на территории земли, принадлежащей к категории Индивидуального жилищного строительства, было возведено два торговых павильона.

В одном из торговых павильонов осуществляется продажа контрафактной продукции. Сигареты не маркированы специальными акцизными марками в соответствии с законодательством РФ. На некоторые виды продуктов отсутствуют сертификаты. Помимо этого, у предпринимателей нет договора аренды, а сами предприниматели не зарегистрированы в налоговой инспекции.

С целью проверки информации общественники направят обращение в правоохранительные органы и Администрацию района.
