В неизвестном городе на Энгельса, 32 нет отопления с начала отопительного сезона

Поступило обращение через форму на сайте без указания города. Просьба обратившимся уточнить город.

Добрый день. Обращается вдова участника ВОВ. Проживаю в доме по ул Энгельса 32.

В доме много пожилых людей. Нет отопления с начала отопительного сезона. На все обращения ( в том числе и письменные) Азовжилкомплекс, тепло сеть не реагируют. Мы замерзаем. Это что повторение зимы 2022 года. Будем хоронить замерзших людей? Помогите.
